New Fitness Classes for Spring 2017!
SnowDome Fitness is launching its new Spring Fitness Class Timetable on Monday 3rd April to get you looking & feeling great for the summer! New classes include Total Body Workout, Boot Camp For All, Spin HIIT, TRX and Girls That Lift.
TOTAL BODY WORKOUT - Monday 2.15pm-2.45pm with the Fitness Team
This class uses several different types of resistance training techniques to improve body tone and muscular definitionThe ultimate abdominal workout on the functional trainer.
SPIN HIIT - Wednesday 6.15am-6.45am with Kelly
This is the ultimate High-Intensity Interval Training workout. Incorporating fast bursts of high intensity work, followed by periods of active rest, it is designed to get results fast and has revolutionised the traditional spin class.
GIRLS THAT LIFT - Wednesday 2.15pm-3pm with Abi
Exclusively for women, this class focuses on strong being the new sexy. So channel your girl power, improve muscle tone and burn calories, without bulking up.
Also available on Tuesday at 7.15pm with Amy.
TRX - Thursday 2.15pm-2.45pm with the Fitness Team
This uses your own body weight to perform high intensity exercises that will improve your muscle tone while obliterating body fat.

BOOT CAMP FOR ALL - Friday 5.45pm-6.30pm with the Fitness Team
This is a new challenging circuit based workout where our junior fitness members are also welcome. It’s guaranteed to put your fitness levels to the test whatever your age.
