Experiences
1. All SnowDome Experiences are subject to availability and must be pre-booked. Please phone SnowDome reception on 08448 000011.
2. All bookings remain non-refundable and non-transferable.
3. Spa Experiences are available for adults aged 17yrs+ and Ski & Snowboard experiences are available for adults aged 16yrs+.
4. Spa Experiences are available everyday from 8am-5pm.
5. Please note that towels, robes and footwear are not supplied.
6. Please arrive at 9am for the Ski & Snowboard Experiences as late arrivals cannot always be accommodated. Depending upon personal ability a lesson may have to be repeated before progressing to the next level.
7. Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and participation is at the patron’s own risk.
8. Slope users must abide by the FIS safety code, see the FIS Safety code page.
9. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, its availability or price at any time without prior notification.
Card terms and conditions
1. Gift Cards can be used as full or part payment for activities and services at the SnowDome in Tamworth (excluding concessions and Starbucks Coffee Lounge).
2. No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the card may be applied to future purchases.
3. The card may not be exchanged for cash.
4. SnowDome Ltd are unable to replace or reimburse the value of a Gift Card if it’s lost, stolen or damaged – please look after it carefully and treat just like cash.

6. The Gift Card will expire 18 months after the date of purchase and any balance will be reduced to nil and will not be refunded.
7. All activities should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment.
