When are School rates applicable?
School rates are available Monday-Friday, 9am-6pm during term time.

Is there a team of trained staff members who are briefed in emergency / first aid procedures available at all times?
Yes, we have a number of staff members trained in first aid on site at all times.

Is there an evacuation procedure?
The SnowDome has a procedure in place to evacuate guests safely, this will be implemented by trained SnowDome team members.

Are there any steps to negotiate?  If so, are there any alternative routes for wheelchair guests?
There are steps at the main entrance, but we do offer disabled access via an alternative route. Parking is also available for disabled guests. We have facilities for disabled visitors throughout the venue.

Are risk assessments available?
Yes, each activity has its own risk assessment – please contact group bookings for details.

Do you have Public Liability Insurance?
We do have Public Liability Insurance – please contact group bookings for details.

Is there suitable parking for coaches and is there a charge for parking?
The SnowDome has a large Car Park suitable for coaches. There is a £1.00 parking fee per vehicle, however, there is no charge for School coaches. Please note tickets will need to be validated at the main reception.

How do you make payment?
Bookings are taken without payment and an invoice will be sent.  Full payment is required 30 days prior to the visit date.  If your visit date is within 30 days, full payment will be required on booking.  

What is your cancellation policy?
A booking can be cancelled any time before your payment due date. Once payment has been received all bookings are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Is there anywhere to leave belongings?
We do not provide storage rooms although lockers are available within the venue. 

Are lockers available, if so, what is the cost?
Lockers and Changing rooms are available. Lockers require a twenty pence coin (non-returnable) 

Is there a shop where pupils can buy souvenirs?
There is no SnowDome souvenir shop, however we do offer photo souvenirs during our Santa’s Winter Wonderland Event

Are carers free of charge for children requiring 1-1 care?
A carer attending the activity with a child who requires 1-1 care will not be charged to participate.

Do your activities cater for children with disabilities?
Children of all ages and special needs enjoy playing in the Snow. We recommend calling the team directly to discuss the options available.

Do you arrange any educational visits?
We can arrange a Business Talk alongside a SnowDome activity. Talks can be tailored to suit your needs with prior arrangement. Please contact the Group Bookings team directly on 01827 308416. Fees apply.

Can we buy food while at the SnowDome?
The Aspens Food Company restaurant (situated on the ground floor overlooking the main slope) offers freshly prepared childrens meals and a range of light bar style snacks, pizzas & pastas and daily specials. We also have a Starbucks on site. Alternatively your group can bring their own packed lunches. Guests are not allowed to consume their own food in the restaurant areas.

Do you provide an area for the children to eat their packed lunches?
We can offer areas/ communal rooms within the SnowDome for children to eat their packed lunches, subject to your maximum numbers and availability. These areas need to be booked in advance with the Group Bookings Team as space is limited. The areas will not be exclusive as they may be shared. In certain areas we can operate picnic style seating (floor space only).

Can we arrange a teacher pre site visit?
Should you need to complete your own risk assessment you are very welcome to come to the SnowDome for a pre-site visit (this would not include participating in any of the activities). Should you require a member of the SnowDome team to assist you on this, please contact the Group Bookings team to make an appointment.
