Buying A SnowDome Experience
To purchase an experience pack simply phone the SnowDome on 08448 000011. You can then pay over the phone by credit or switch card and the experience pack will be sent to you in the post. Alternatively you can purchase these from SnowDome reception

Learn To Ski In A Day Experience
This one-stop fast track course is the ultimate learning experience and by far the quickest and most effective method of learning to ski… on real snow!
Complete beginners will be shown, at a comfortable pace, how to reach the Recreational Standard in just one day. All food and drink is provided and throughout the day you will gain valuable information about skiing abroad from your instructor.

Learn to snowboard in a day experience
This one-stop fast track course is the ultimate learning experience and by far the quickest and most effective method of learning to snowboard… on real snow!

Spa Experience
Available everyday from 8am-5pm. Adults 17yrs+
Take time out, relax and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of a brand new luxury spa.
As well as access to the spa, this experience also gives you full access to the following fitness areas to complement your day.The Gym – 4000 sq. ft. with the very latest equipment.
Fitbox – A brand new workout area with a fun and unique boxing orientated theme.
Fitness Studio – With classes for all abilities.
Swimming – In the 25 metre, full width swimming pool. -
Spa Experience with Beauty Treatment Options
As part of the experience you may choose one of the following treatments from the Beauty Salon:
£40 Spa experience – Mini Facial (40 mins) or Aroma Back Massage (30 mins)
£50 Spa Experience – Classic Care Facial (1hr) or Swedish Massage (1hr) or Full Body Exfoliation (30 mins)

The Spa
Relax and unwind in the tranquil surroundings of a brand new luxury well being spa.
Heated Relaxation Loungers Kick back, chill out and take the weight off your feet.
Mosaic Hydrospa The luxury mosaic hydrospa is set at 38 degrees Celsius with powerful jet system to ease away the stresses and strains of your day.
Cedar Sauna The hottest experience within the Spa at 90 degrees Celsius, the large cedar sauna provides a restful and relaxing environment.
Experience Showers Enjoy a selection of 4 experience showers from the Monsoon downpour with essential oils, the Body Jets and the Bucket… the ultimate cold water drench.
Salt Infused Steam Room At 45 degrees Celsius the steam room uses salt and aroma essence which filters into the cabin with the steam accompanied by the single point crystal and starry sky light features.
Ice Fountain After a visit to the sauna or steam room rub rejuvenating ice flakes gently over the body to close pores and tone the skin.
Therapeutic Footspas Choose a warm or cool program and therapeutic footspas will invigorate even the most tired feet and calves.

Terms & Conditions
These experiences are available for adults aged 17yrs or over.
Spa Experiences are available everyday from 8am-5pm. Please note that towels, robes and footwear are not supplied.
Please arrive at 9am for the Ski & Snowboard Experiences as late arrivals cannot always be accommodated. Depending upon personal ability a lesson may have to be repeated before progressing to the next level. Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and participation is at the patron’s own risk. Slope users must abide by the FIS safety code, see the FIS Safety code page.
All Experiences are subject to availability and should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. All bookings remain non-refundable and non-transferable. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, its availability or price at any time without prior notification.
