The huge gym has now been extended by over 30% and is bursting with the very latest equipment, a full programme of fitness classes for all ages and abilities, a 25 metre swimming pool with an extensive timetable including casual swimming, a family flume and inflatable sessions and junior swim disco plus a brand new luxurious Spa and unique Fitbox arena.
