Ski Focus Training

Ski Focus is running a coaching course at the SnowDome on Thursday 8th October 10am-4pm.

Improve, develop and learn new skills in preparation for the winter season. Long term development and change require hours of repetition and focus. The session will last for 5 hours with a 1 hour break for lunch and to view video footage from earlier in the training.

The day is made up of a combination of on hill coaching and video analysis both on and off the snow. Price is £149pp which includes coaching with a BASI qualified instructor, lift passes, equipment hire and video analysis.
