Fitness Team
I am the gym manager at SnowDome Fitness, I love my job and working with my clients. I competed for Tamworth Athletics Club at middle distance and played for a variety of sports from football to tennis. Some of my clients say ‘she looks lovely and innocent... really she’s a slave driver’, but I guarantee you will love every training session with me.
I found my real love for fitness a little later on in my mid to late 20s, starting with attending classes before finding the confidence to head in to the gym! I love a
challenge and have completed a couple of half marathons, Wolf Runs, 24-hour Three Peaks Challenge and now Hyrox.
I’ve been involved in sport for many years and regularly competed in kickboxing when I was younger. I have also spent a season working with Tamworth FC, assisting with their physio. I’m always researching and implementing new techniques in my exercise and I am passionate to progress within the industry.
I’m a very driven person, with years of playing and captaining various football teams. What initially began as a hobby in fitness, has evolved into a career, and I have never looked back.
When I was younger, I played for several local teams and spent many years playing for the centre of excellences such as Coventry City and Aston Villa ladies. I understand the gym can be an intimidating experience, and setting new goals or making changes to your lifestyle can be daunting. I’m here, not only to push you to work hard.
I am an energetic and committed personal trainer within the physical fitness environment, with a great personality and over 22 years of experience within the Armed Forces in the UK and abroad.
I currently represent Team GB as an athlete on the Men’s Senior Judo squad, undergoing training at the British Judo Olympic National Training Centre in Walsall. I am one of the chosen athletes on the Olympic Pathway, preparing for the 2028 and 2032 Olympic Games.
