About me: I found my real love for fitness a little later on in my mid to late 20s, starting with attending classes before finding the confidence to head in to the gym! I love a
challenge and have completed a couple of half marathons, Wolf Runs, 24-hour Three Peaks Challenge and now Hyrox.

I am also a freelance fitness Instructor and have been teaching a variety of classes for over 4 years. Classes help me stay fit but I do also enjoy doing my own training and challenging myself. I love putting together a good circuits session and will always be looking at ways to push you!

Training with me: I understand time is precious, so if you choose to spend your free time in one of my sessions or classes, I will always give you 100%. Together we will set realistic and manageable goals so you have every chance of success. Through making use of your regular PT sessions and program reviews, I can help keep you feeling motivated and positive. I will help you build confidence and steer you on the right path towards achieving your goals, whether that is to increase your overall fitness, strength, endurance, lose weight, train for a race or event, you will get a plan that is suitable for you. There may be obstacles that might get in the way but this can be discussed and taken in to
consideration when creating your fitness program, remember this is a marathon not a sprint. I am also aware that not everyone has the same abilities and confidence when it comes to training so I am always ready to adapt and offer options and support where needed.
