Terms & Conditions

GENERAL

Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and usage of the slope and participation in activities and lessons is at the patron’s own risk. Protective headwear is compulsory for all slope users. All slope users must observe and abide by the FIS Safety Code. 

The SnowDome endeavours to display correct and accurate information on this website however SnowDome Ltd cannot be held responsible for any inaccuracies of product or price. The management reserve the right to alter or terminate any product, activity, it’s availability or price at any time without prior notification.

ADVANCED BOOKING

All bookings must be pre-paid in full and remain non-transferable and non-refundable. Please be aware it is recommended that all activities are pre-booked to avoid disappointment. All activities are subject to availability and capacity which may be subject to change, particularly during school holidays, bank holidays and over the Christmas period. Please telephone before travelling. Standard national call rates apply from a BT landline. Other landline and mobile operator network charges may vary.

TELEPHONE BOOKING

A small charge of £1.95 per transaction will be taken if booking over the phone and all confirmation tickets will be emailed directly to you. Calls are charged at up to 5p per minute for BT customers, other operator network charges may vary.

GIFT VOUCHERS

SnowDome Gift Vouchers can be used as full or part payment for activities and services at the SnowDome (excluding concessions, food & drinks).  No change or refunds will be given but any balance remaining on the voucher may be applied to future purchases. Gift vouchers may not be exchanged for cash. SnowDome Ltd are unable to replace or reimburse the value of your voucher if it is lost, stolen or damaged - please look after your voucher carefully and treat it like cash. Gift vouchers expire 18 months after the date of purchase, after which any balance will be reduced to nil and will not be refunded. Please note the expiry date printed on your voucher. All activities should be pre-booked to avoid disappointment. Gift vouchers purchased in conjunction with an offer are not redeemable on day of purchase.
 
CAR PARKING

Car parking is available at a charge of £2.50 for up to 2 hours, £4 for over 2 hours and £20 for over 12 hours. The first 10 minutes is FREE for dropping off or picking up.

OFFERS & EMAIL PROMOTIONS

Use the promotional codes to receive offers. Codes are valid on new bookings only. Unique voucher codes may only be used once per code.
Ski & snowboard lesson vouchers available for up to 4 people booking up to 3 lessons each e.g. levels 1, 2 and 3 or fast track 1 and 2. Must be completed in a single transaction.

All offers & promotions are subject to availability and capacity, please pre-book before travelling. Higher priced ticket prevails. Discounts and offers are applied to included activities only and not booking fees (telephone bookings only).

Management reserve the right to alter or terminate offers & promotions at any time. Age and height restrictions may apply.

The £10 off a course group levels 1, 2 & 3 and Fast Track 1 & 2 offers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
£10 gift voucher offer is only valid for the email account holder and is non transferable. 

All offers exclude Santa's Winter Wonderland, memberships, BASI courses, birthday parties and swimming lessons.                                                                                   
SANTA'S WINTER WONDERLAND FEEDBACK PRIZE DRAW       
WHO CAN ENTER

Prize Draw open to customers who receive a Santa’s Winter Wonderland feedback request via email and successfully complete a survey response using an email address linked to their SnowDome account. Prize Draw open to UK residents aged 18 years or over only, excluding employees of the promoter, their immediate families, and anyone else professionally connected with the Prize Draw. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will not be counted.

OPENING/CLOSING DATE & TIME

Prize Draw opens for entries on Wednesday 12 March 2025 and closes at 11:59 GMT Monday 7 April 2025.Entries received outside this period will be void and will not be eligible to enter the prize draw.

PRIZES

Five winners will receive 1x £200 SnowDome Gift Voucher. All prizes are subject to availability. No cash equivalent or alternative prize will be given at the request of the winner and the prize is non-transferable and non-exchangeable. 

WINNER SELECTION & CONTACT

The draw will take place within 72 hours after the closing date for all entries. Subject to eligibility and compliance with all applicable terms and conditions, the first five entries drawn at random from all eligible entries will win the prize. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating their agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions. 

HOW TO ENTER & COST OF ENTRY

Entry into the prize draw will take place automatically once the customer completes survey and submits their contact details. Competition entry is free of charge. It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the prize provider of any wheelchair or similar access requirements when taking up the prize, and to adhere to any applicable health and safety guidelines.   4. Available Wednesdays during school term times only. The offer will not be available during any school holidays or Bank Holidays.
  5. All items are subject to availability during food service hours and SnowDome reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time.
  6. All our food is prepared in a kitchen where nuts, gluten and other known allergens may be present. Please note we take caution to prevent cross-contamination, however, any product may contain traces as all menu items are produced in the same kitchen.

FREE PROSECCO OR DESSERT FOR MUMS

Book a table for Saturday 29th or Sunday 30th March 2025 and receive a free glass of prosecco or one free dessert for Mum when purchased with a main course. Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion. No cash alternative. Excludes Sharer Snowballs.
