We are on the lookout for a talented Chef to join the SnowDome team!

The Chef role is a key position in Aspen’s Bar & Kitchen, located within the SnowDome, offering a truly unique dining experience. The SnowDome is a dynamic and diverse venue, providing a one-of-a-kind working environment where you'll prepare a variety of dishes, from international ski resort specialties to catering for large corporate events. Whether it’s serving our two restaurants, conference rooms, or the Lifthouse Coffee Co., our team strives to deliver food that exceeds expectations every time. Job Type: Permanent

Full-time: 30+hrs a week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Play an active role in the 7-day operation of Aspen's Bar & Kitchen, including two restaurants, conferencing rooms, and The Lifthouse Coffee Co.
  • Work closely with the Head Chef to maintain high culinary standards and ensure a smooth kitchen operation
  • Prepare, cook, and present food with precision and creativity, keeping in line with our commitment to exceptional quality
  • Contribute to menu development, bringing fresh ideas and culinary innovation to the table
  • Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards in the kitchen

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience working alongside a Head Chef in a busy kitchen
  • A passion for hospitality and a love for food and beverage
  • Quick-thinking, adaptable and calm under pressure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
