Duty Manager
We have an exciting and rare opportunity to join the Duty Manager team. We are looking for someone who knows what real service is!

The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering unparalleled customer experiences and is driven to innovate service delivery. Your extensive background in face-to-face customer engagements will be instrumental in maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect.
Job Type: Permanent
Full-time 40hrs a week
3 week rolling rota including early and late shifts. Working 2 out of 3 weekends.
Role requirements
- Previous management/team leading experience in a customer facing role
- A great can-do attitude
- Punctual, cooperative, and a keen eye for attention to detail
- Flexible to work evenings and weekends
- Ambitious for personal development
