Restaurant Manager
We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our front-of-house team and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong management skills, a passion for hospitality and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
We have an exciting opportunity to lead our team in Aspen's Bar & Kitchen at the SnowDome.
Aspen’s Bar & Kitchen is a dynamic and vibrant dining destination known for delivering exceptional experiences against the backdrop of the first and best indoor snow slope in the UK! We pride ourselves on top-tier service, high-quality food and drinks and a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager on site, we are on the lookout for a quick-thinking, efficient, hard-working leader. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced, busy environment and is committed to delivering high standards of guest enjoyment. You will deliver training and coaching to develop the team in all things table service and have uncompromising standards with food safety and due diligence records.
In the off-season, we encourage you to collaborate with the head chef to continue to develop our one-of-a-kind menu, build relationships with local suppliers to bring in fresh and exciting new products like craft beers & speciality cocktails that continue to exceed our guests' expectations and keeps locals returning again and again.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant and bar operations to ensure efficiency and excellence in service
- Lead, train, and motivate the front-of-house team to provide outstanding guest experiences
- Maintain high standards of food and beverage service, ensuring consistency and quality
- Manage staff scheduling, performance, and development
- Drive sales and profitability while controlling costs and budgets
- Handle guest feedback professionally, resolving issues to maintain guest satisfaction
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Requirements:
- Proven track record as a Restaurant Manager in a busy, high-volume environment
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience in stock control, budgeting, and cost management
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
- Minimum Food Safety Level 2 trained (further training preferable)
