At The Lifthouse Coffee Co. we are more than just a place to grab a coffee; we are a community hub where people come to relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional beverages and delicious treats. We are seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Part-time roles are available for evenings, weekends and school holidays!
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and light snacks
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
- Take orders accurately and handle transactions
- Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- Passion for coffee and a genuine love for customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not essential
