The Lifthouse Coffee Co. Team Member

At The Lifthouse Coffee Co. we are more than just a place to grab a coffee; we are a community hub where people come to relax, connect, and enjoy exceptional beverages and delicious treats. We are seeking enthusiastic, guest-oriented individuals to join our Food and Beverage team. Part-time roles are available for evenings, weekends and school holidays!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly and efficient service to all customers
  • Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks and light snacks
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the café
  • Take orders accurately and handle transactions
  • Assist in inventory management and restocking supplies
  • Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a welcoming atmosphere

What We’re Looking For:

  • Passion for coffee and a genuine love for customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays
  • Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or customer service role is a plus, but not essential

Work in the Community

The SnowDome is passionate about helping local charities and organisations. Fundraising is done throughout the year to raise money for Guide Dogs UK. Every year Santa's Winter Wonderland is opened exclusively for Acorns Children's Hospice.
