New BASI level 1 courses

If you book a BASI Level 1 course with the SnowDome and continue to stay on and instruct for the SnowDome during the 2025/26 winter period, you will receive your course fee back at the end of the season (this excludes the £69.99 BASI membership). Eligible instructors will need to be employed via the standard interview process and teach a minimum of 150 hours between 20th December - 22nd February, this includes evenings and weekends.

BASI instructor courses let you make your passion for snowsports your career.

The BASI level 1 qualification is the ideal way to kickstart your career in snowsports. Once qualified you'll be able to work in an indoor environment, teaching people these fantastic sports and inspiring people every day. 

BASI level 1 alpine and snowboard courses

A 4 day training and assessment course includes lift passes and 35 hours of complimentary lesson shadowing (on completion of the course). Courses run from 9am - 5pm daily.

The price for 2025 courses is £640 per person.
