Slope Usage Policy

For safety reasons, members of the public are not allowed to teach. All lessons must be pre-booked and pre-paid and remain non-refundable and non-transferable. Depending upon personal ability a lesson may have to be repeated before progressing to the next level. On arrival, check-in at SnowDome reception, then head downstairs to Ski Hire to get changed, obtain all equipment and go to your designated meeting point to wait for your instructor. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before your lesson as late arrivals cannot always be accommodated.

Patrons are reminded that all snow and ice activities are potentially hazardous and participation is at the patrons own risk. Protective headwear is compulsory for all slope users. Slope users must observe and abide by the FIS safety code.
