Level 8, 9 & 10
This lesson covers drills, timed swims, stroke stamina, fitness and strength sessions for all strokes with consistent lengths.
Once the swimmer has developed a core range of skills required to be confident, competent and safe in the water through stages 1-7, the swimmer may then take part in the advanced sections of the swimming lessons syllabus.
